🌟 Welcome to the Team, Melanie! 🌟

Melanie brings a strong background in accounting, rostering, and care coordination, supported by a Certificate IV in Accounting and a Diploma in Community Services. She is passionate about supporting people with disabilities, a field in which she has proudly worked for several years. Her experience also includes working with young people in Out of Home Care and NDIS participants with both physical and psychosocial disabilities. Melanie finds deep fulfilment in helping individuals achieve their goals and supporting them to live with confidence and independence. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
