Maddie is a highly experienced professional with a solid 12-year background in support coordination, team leadership, and support work. Her expertise in her completion of Diploma of Community Services which has equipped her with a deep understanding of a range of complex disabilities. Throughout her career, Maddie has consistently demonstrated her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes, empowering the people she supports.

Maddie’s main area’s of expertise are within complex physical disabilities, such as spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, Parkinson, MS. She has a positive focus on rehabilitation for participants leaving hospital and ensuring supports coupled together with capacity building are forefront.

Additionally, Maddie has long term experience in supporting First Nations people and has developed a vast understanding of cultural awareness which enables her to best support those from many CALD back grounds.

In her role as a leader, Maddie excels at managing support workers, guiding them to meet their professional guidelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring her team, helping them grow in their roles and develop their skills. Her collaborative leadership style ensures that her team is not only well-equipped to handle the demands of their roles but also motivated to provide compassionate and personalised support.

Outside of her professional life, Maddie leads an active and vibrant lifestyle. She enjoys playing sports, watching musical theatre shows, going to the beach, and travelling around the world. These diverse interests reflect her dynamic personality and her love for exploring new experiences and cultures. In her spare time, Maddie stays active by playing soccer and Oz Tag, and she values the moments she spends with her family. This balance between her professional dedication and personal passions makes Maddie a well-rounded individual who brings energy, compassion, and expertise to everything she does.

Josh Egerdie

Support Coordinator

Josh serves as the Service Coordinator at a previous NDIS provider of disability support services. In this role, he is the primary liaison for NDIS participants, ensuring their needs are met through a person-centred approach that aligns with both company standards and NDIS guidelines. His responsibilities span from conducting participant intake interviews to developing tailored support plans, maintaining regular communication, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality care. His work involves preparing detailed reports and documentation that reflect each participant’s journey and evolving support needs.

With a solid foundation in customer service, coordination and support work, Josh brings a unique combination of interpersonal sensitivity and operational precision to his role. As Operations Coordinator, he has taken on broader responsibilities that include managing a workforce of over 100 support workers. His leadership encompasses recruitment, rostering, staff performance management, and training. He also plays a crucial role in resolving operational issues, often stepping in during out-of-hours periods to ensure the continuity and quality of services delivered across weekends.

His hands-on experience as a Support Worker continues to inform his empathetic leadership style. He remains grounded in the direct care environment, providing professional, compassionate assistance to individuals in their homes and communities. From self-care support to community access and domestic assistance, his work reflects a deep commitment to empowerment and independence for those he supports.

Motivated and forward-thinking, Josh is eager to further his career in management, seeking opportunities to refine his leadership capabilities while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the disability support sector. He thrives in dynamic environments that require both strategic thinking and a strong man touch, constantly working to enhance outcomes for participants, staff, and the wider community.

Glenn

Support Coordinator

Glenn’s role as an NDIS Support Coordinator has given him deep insight into the challenges people with disabilities face when navigating the scheme and accessing the support they deserve.

With a background in Social Sciences and more than fifteen years’ experience in the Community Services Sector, Glenn brings the skills, persistence, and commitment needed to achieve exceptional outcomes. Building genuine connections and helping people recognise their own strengths continues to be a major source of motivation.

Alongside Support Coordination, Glenn has managed NDIS teams delivering social outings and centre‑based programs. Prior to the NDIS, he led a 20‑person team within the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, football, and cooling off at the beach.
